Goals
Goals
Integrated design, engineering and architecture
- To provide people and the community with top-notch consultancy, design, and project-management of mobility, environment, and local development infrastructures, with the goal of creating value for clients and stakeholders alike by adopting a “lean, smart, and green” approach.
- To envision, design, and develop increasingly efficient, balanced, and sustainable projects, identifying designs solutions that are modular and flexible over time, while reducing production costs.
- To offer our clients competence, and multidisciplinary skills, so that we can collaboratively build solutions with tangible value in every area of social, financial, and environmental development, approached in a consistent and organic way; for each project, we regard the right combination of innovation, sustainability, quality, efficiency, and affordability as “the best”.
- To embrace the entire life cycle of the project, from its conception to site preparation, operating with both rigour and the flexibility required to fully satisfy our client’s requests.
- To promote solutions that will enhance the well-being of society and the environment, while building sustainable values for future generations.
- To understand and meet the specific needs of our Client through technical solutions that integrate Functionality, Safety, and Comfort with the Sustainability and Energy issues of our time.
The people in our team integrate with the clients’ structures, and assist them with an integrated multidisciplinary approach and keen attention to detail, to ensure constant control of costs, time, and quality. Project managers lead their teams using structured methods that highlight the group’s traits through each member’s performance and aptitudes.
Our company’s guiding model is the integration of sustainability into all activities: from emission reduction and respect for the environment to human rights and personal training, as well as the promotion of local development to access to green energy.
The chosen approach for defining the design process of the strategy is based on sharing sustainability as a model for development and engaging those subjects who play an active role in sustainable development.
Those ideas concretely took shape in the logical articulation of designing objectives. The participatory process eventually focused on sharing three main elements:
- The context of reference,
- the identification of a system of strong points upon which to build goals and sub-goals,
- the system of strategic objectives organised around the design areas – a formulation that fully brings back all dimensions of development sustainability.
Our work is grounded in passion, and our innovation is grounded in the strength and development of our competences.
We believe in long-term partnership to create enduring shared value, achieving this through our expertise, knowledge, and a team capable of delivering clear and innovative solutions for complex problems and to complete even the most ambitious projects.
In recent years, by providing integrated services in different areas, CORIP consolidated its role as a leader in design, capable of adapting to the variability of demand through a multidisciplinary approach, and has adopted a design system based on Building Information Modeling (BIM), which can provide the information necessary to efficiently create and manage projects.
