Description:
Fire protection design for the heritage-listed building in Via Marmorata, designed by Adalberto Libera. All necessary measures were taken to optimise and minimise the construction interventions supporting the systems engineering, in order to restrict the impact on the structure as much as possible. Risk compensation measures have been taken as regards the lack and impossibility of compartmentalising the monumental staircases, which carry a fire safety exemption. A fire detection system with central and wireless detectors was integrated to address the installation challenges pertaining to buildings of artistic value.
